Today, Louis would have turned 15 years old. I placed flowers at the garden of rememberance and will light a candle in Louis' memory. It still doesn't seem real or fair that Louis isn't here to celebrate his birthday but, everyone is thinking of him now and always. The event in memory of Louis on behalf of the RNLI is a week tomorrow and all the tickets are sold. Since the last upate, so many more gifts have been donated toward the night. We have had a £30 voucher and hair repair and brush kit from a local salon and Lidl sent a £20 voucher. MAN UTITED team players have signed a football and donated it to auction off on the night which is wonderful. Croydon Coaches have donated 4 tickets to go and watch MAN UNITED play and the OAP club that my Grancha runs have saved all their change in a large whiskey jar and are donating the contents. I have to collect the cheque on Wednesday so I will update shortly. The kindness that has been shown from everyone, everywhere has been overwhelming. There are so many nice people out there who, even at this time where things are hard for many in recession, are still willing to help a worthy cause.
