Louis was diving at Berry Head, Brixham with his father. A hobby they both good and careful at and a hobby they both loved. At 1.15pm, Louis surface apparantly with no problems and then dissapeared. A massive search was carried out with the RLNI, divers, helicopters, volunteer vessels and police. As it got dark and weather conditions set in, the search was called off. Still no Louis.
